Does this sound familiar?
You're not where you want to be in life and feel constant pressure to have it all figured out.
-
Thinking about the future brings up a lot of anxiety and overwhelm.

-
You find yourself repeating the same patterns and going through the motions of your day with very little sense of purpose, enthusiasm, and interest.

-
You constantly question whether you're doing enough or on the right path.

-
You feel disconnected from your inner voice and have a hard time setting realistic expectations for yourself and setting boundaries with others.
You are not alone.
Like yourself, many 20- and 30-year-olds feel a sense of overwhelm as they navigate the new challenges, changes, and transitions of adulthood. The stress of managing new responsibilities, maintaining a social life, defining a career path, and facing unresolved childhood trauma can feel really daunting.

Up until this point, you've been checking off boxes to measure your progress in life because society tells us that we've achieved "success" when we've reached certain relational and financial markers, and yet something is still missing.
You want to feel clarity, confidence, and peace in your life, but don't know how to break free from the anxiety and overwhelm.
Hi, I'm Jasmine Wilson.
I'm the owner and a psychotherapist Adaptive Resolutions Counseling Services. I help 20- and 30-year olds overcome obstacles that are getting in the way of them living their best life - whatever that looks like for them! I strive to create a space where you feel fully seen, heard, and supported in making the changes you are seeking.

Together, we can work on:
-
deepening your self-awareness.
-
learning how to put yourself first and rest without the stress that you “should” be doing more.
-
feeling secure in your decision-making skills.
-
releasing old habits that you've developed over time that no longer serve you.
-
finding clarity and direction in your life.

In therapy, you will learn practical concepts and skills that will transform how you relate to your thoughts, emotions, and yourself to start living a more fulfilling life.
"In our personal and professional lives, we are constantly hit with one adversity after the other, most of which we have no control over. But the four things we have total control over is how we react, how we adapt, how we breathe, and how we take action."
